You can still shop 'til you drop. Just print out the completed order form and snail-mail it to the above address, together with your payment.
Returning Damaged Goods
All goods should reach you in perfect condition. If goods arrived damaged please return them within 14 days to the address above and you will immediately be shipped a replacement.
Remember to include your name, address and invoice number.
Refunds
One In Ten will exchange goods but does not refund for wrong choice.
Where an item ordered is out of stock, One In Ten will advise by email the approximate delivery time. If you are not happy to accept the new delivery time, One In Ten will refund your credit card with the cost of that item and cancel the order.
Security
When you click on the "Pay Now" button to pay for your purchase you leave one-in-ten.com and are connected directly to the National Banks NSIPS System. This system uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card and personal details are encrypted when transmitted over the Internet.
As you only deal with the National Bank, One In Ten never gets to see your credit card details.
